TRX2fiveO Premium MemberThe Neutral Switch sits at the low point of the gearbox. The switch can end up with sludge / water/ condensation around it, which will stop / slow it from functioning. Time for a gearbox oil change after a good fast run. Or to pull the switch out & replace it. The bike has a lock out function to stop you starting it in gear.A false neutral is like rubbing your palms together where one hand doesn't really affect the other. A false neutral has its good side as well despite any unwanted consequences when it does happen. You see, there must be enough clearance between the gears so that the gear dogs and shift fork can disengage properly before engaging the next gear. tamsulosin pill color The neutral light doesn't come on when in neutral, I checked the clutch switch and it was fine, the key switch seemed fine. ( a small, short one inch long wire inbedded in a larger wire this should be blackened or, very flexible if it is bad. Posted on Sep 10, 2009 Not Helpful Comment FlagI'm guessing you are starting the bike in neutral with the side stand down and you have a neutral light. That you then put the sidestand up while still in neutral and still have a neutral light. You put the bike in gear, light goes out, but when you go back to neutral it does not go on again.The little blue wire that plugs into the engine got smashed between it, so I soldered it back together and put a strip of heat shrink tubing back over it and now the light still dosent work. I rode around with it stuck in the case for a little bit and the light worked, then I noticed the oil leak and went back and fixed it. pymatuning state park reservations
